The Wages have acquired a sugar cane juicer to add fresh sugar cane juice to the menu, an item that will be exclusive to Southlake. In addition, the Southlake location has expanded Malai’s unique beer program to include five of their house-brewed, Asian-style beers on tap and a larger brew room.
