Malai Kitchen: SOUTHLAKE

Our second location stays true to Malai’s core principles of sourcing the highest quality ingredients available and preparing as much as possible from scratch. As with the original restaurant, all curry paste, sriracha sauce, and coconut milk is prepared in-house daily. The Wages have acquired a sugar cane juicer to add fresh sugar cane juice to the menu, an item that will be exclusive to Southlake. In addition, the Southlake location has expanded Malai’s unique beer program to include five of their house-brewed, Asian-style beers on tap and a larger brew room.
